Working with transforming teams, Hilary addresses clients’ critical needs head on, ensuring core issues are surfaced and dealt with translating to high performance results. Hilary also helps virtual teams operate effectively and create an environment of accountability by leveraging collaborative technologies.

Helping leaders reach their intended goals through leadership development workshops and coaching, Hilary offers an inspiring environment for enhanced self awareness. Leaders increase interpersonal effectiveness, address conflict, generate insight and more effectively transition through change.

Hilary has lead globally dispersed multicultural teams, managing projects in Africa, the Middle East and USA as Director of Global Learning for Digital Opportunity Trust, an international not-for-profit organization fostering entrepreneurialism and use of technology. She has held consulting positions with the City of Ottawa and the Toronto General Hospital. As a facilitator, Hilary has worked with high tech, manufacturing, service, government, financial and health/pharmaceutical industries. She donates time and expertise to Leadership Ottawa, a not-for-profit devoted to stimulating community leadership.

Hilary holds Masters Degrees in Adult Education (McGill University) and in Human Systems Intervention (Concordia University). She is trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy, as a NLP Practitioner and holds a BSc in Biology and a Diploma in Fine Art.
