PRIVACY POLICY – COLLECTION, USE AND DISSEMINATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy sets out Intersol’s general corporate policy governing the collection of
Personal Information by Intersol. This Privacy Policy, in conjunction with Intersol’s related policies and practices, is designed to
explain what Personal Information Intersol collects, uses and discloses as part of our business, operations, services and activities.
This Privacy Policy also explains how the Personal Information of an individual is maintained and secured from inappropriate
use or disclosure. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our operations, website and the services offered and provided by
Intersol and cannot, in any way, be separated from the them. A separate employee privacy policy applies to individuals
employed by Intersol in addition to the general provisions of this Privacy Policy.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we consider “Personal Information” to mean information, recorded in any form, about an
identifiable individual, or an individual whose identity or characteristics, attitudes, view and opinions may be inferred or
determined from the information, but does not include the individual’s business organization, business title or business contact
information (i.e., business phone number, address, or e-mail address). In this Privacy Policy, the words “You” and “your” refer
to the undersigned participant, and the words “We” and “us” mean Intersol.

PRINCIPLES

This Privacy Policy is designed in compliance with applicable privacy legislation and is intended to conform with “best
practices” as outlined by federal and provincial privacy commissioners. It incorporates the following principles: accountability,
identifying purpose, consent, limiting collection, limiting use, disclosure and retention, accuracy of Personal Information,
safeguarding Personal Information, openness, access to Personal Information, and challenging compliance.

YOUR CONSENT

Intersol collects, uses and discloses Personal Information about individuals participating in or impacted by Intersol’s business,
operations, services and activities. Personal information will be collected, to the extent possible, directly from the individual
concerned.

Your provision of Personal Information to Intersol means that you agree and consent to Intersol collecting, using and disclosing
your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not provide any
Personal Information to Intersol. Subject to the limitations outlined below, you may, at any time, withdraw the consent given by
notifying Intersol in writing of such withdrawal.

Certain Personal Information is required to be collected, used and disclosed by Intersol in the course of its relationship with you .
Any withdrawal of consent may affect certain aspects of your relationship with Intersol, including your no longer being eligible
for certain benefits and services provided by Intersol, its affiliates or third parties to the extent the Personal Information affected
by the withdrawal of your consent was necessary to provide such benefits or services. Further, certain Personal Information is
collected, used and disclosed by Intersol as a result of legal, contractual, regulatory or other requirements, and your general
ability to withdraw or refuse to consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Information by Intersol does not
imply or confer upon you the right to withdraw or refuse your consent where to do so would interfere with such legal,
contractual, regulatory or other requirements.

THIRD PARTY INFORMATION SHARING

Intersol utilizes the services of third parties in its operations. Intersol will share Personal Information with such third parties
where they require such information to permit Intersol to conduct its business, operations, services or activities. Personal
Information will only be provided to such organizations if they agree to use such information solely for the purposes of providing
services to Intersol, and under the instruction of Intersol and, with respect to that information, to act in a manner consistent with
the relevant principles articulated in this Privacy Policy.

Intersol will also collect, use and disclose Personal Information directly or indirectly through third parties. In such circumstances,
Intersol takes reasonable measures to ensure that the Personal Information collected, used or disclosed, is done so in compliance
with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

There are circumstances where the use and/or disclosure of Personal Information may be justified, permitted, or required without
consent. Such circumstances may include:

  • where required by law or by order of a court, administrative agency or other governmental tribunal;
  • where Intersol believes, upon reasonable grounds, that it is necessary to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of an identifiable person or group;
  • where it is necessary to permit Intersol to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that it may sustain; and

Where obliged, permitted, or required to disclose information without consent, Intersol will not disclose more information than is
reasonably required under the circumstances. Intersol shares aggregated demographic information with third parties. This is not
linked to any personally identifiable information. Intersol does not sell, rent or loan Personal Information to third parties.

INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE US

REGISTRATION

When you create a user profile or sign up for our newsletters through websites operated by or on behalf of Intersol, you will be
asked to provide your name, organization, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. You may also be provided with a
unique login name, password, and password validation which will be sent to the email address you have provided us to confirm
your registration.

This information is collected for several reasons including: (1) personal identification; (2) to inform you about Intersol and our
services; (3) to allow us to contact you for customer support, if necessary; (4) to customize the content of our website

PURCHASING SERVICES

Where Intersol offers services that can be purchased directly or through websites operated by or on behalf of Intersol, you must
provide us with certain Personal Information in order to purchase services. This may include, but is not limited to, your name,
telephone number, email address, and in the case of services purchased through our websites, a valid credit card number,
expiration date, and your credit card billing address. We may also ask you for other Personal Information, if we consider it to be
necessary. We require this information so that we can process, fulfill and confirm your purchase and keep you informed of the
status of your purchase. For your convenience, we make certain information about your purchase available to you or other
persons authorized by you to receive such information. For example, if you forgot your login name or password, you or another
person authorized by you may retrieve that information from us after providing information sufficient in our eyes to confirm your

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

BROWSING

When browsing our website, you are not required to provide any Personal Information unless and until you choose to sign up for
one of our e-mail newsletters or other services, as described below. We do not knowingly permit the site to be used by any person
under the age of eighteen and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children (meaning those younger than
thirteen years of age). You may visit our website to access Intersol-related information, without telling us who you are or
revealing any Personal Information.

The only data we collect and store during normal website usage is typical web server log data, such as log files and cookies, as
described in this Privacy Policy. Examples of this type of data are: the name of your internet service provider, the site that
referred you to us, any pages you request, and the time and date of those requests etc. We use this information to generate
statistics and measure site activity to benefit the website users. This same information may be shared with third parties in order to

type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate,
diagnose problems with our servers and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked
to personally identifiable information.

Our website, www.intersol.ca may use cookies in several ways. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer
tied to information about you. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once you close
the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on your hard drive for an extended period

to login without having to type your login name each time. Instead, only your password is needed to access the system. We also

still use our website. The only drawback to this is that you may be limited in what you can access or view in certain areas of our

The websites operate by or on behalf of Intersol, including www.intersol.ca, may occasionally offer site visitors an opportunity to
participate in a survey or contest. Information collected for any such survey or contest or sweepstakes will be subject to the same
protection as Personal Information Intersol generally collects from individuals.

We often receive testimonials and comments from users who have had positive experiences with Intersol and our website. We

www.intersol.ca, and does not cover the use of log files or cookies by any other third party sites for which links or advertisements
may appear on our site. Any such links or advertisements on our website to a third party website not owned or operated by or on
behalf of Intersol do not constitute an endorsement by Intersol, and we are not responsible for any such other websites which
Intersol does not directly control. We encourage you to be aware when you are linking third party sites and leaving our websites
and to carefully review the privacy policies of any such other websites that collect Personal Information.

OPT-OUT

You have the opportunity to opt-out of having Personal Information used for purposes not directly related to our operations,
website and services at the time at which we ask for Personal Information, or at any time thereafter by notice in writing to us at
the contact information below. When you use our website or engage our services, you will always be notified when your
Personal Information is being collected other than by or on behalf of Intersol in order to allow you to make an informed choice
whether you would like to proceed to provide your Personal Information.

SECURITY

Intersol endeavours to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to its offices and information
storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of Personal Information. To
this end, you authorize Intersol to make copies of and back up Personal Information provided by you. Intersol further protects
Personal Information by restricting access to it to those employees and others (individuals and organizations providing services to
Intersol) that it determines need to know such information in order that Intersol may carry out its business. Intersol has a privacy
policy under which employee misuse of Personal Information is treated as a serious offence for which disciplinary action may be
