The Solution

Intersol offers a practical solution to enhance the performance of project teams and other groups who are working together over time and distance to accomplish a task or collaborate more effectively when regular face-to-face meetings are impractical and/or unaffordable.

Virtual Collaboration Workshop

We work with intact teams to develop a custom solution to address your specific requirements. We bring your team together for a full day or 2 half day sessions to introduce the concepts, appropriate tools and techniques to enhance your collaboration and facilitate teams to achieve your desired outcomes. We work through a real issue in a hands-on application of the tools and provide you with access to these tools for 30 days following the workshop. We moderate the effective use of the tools during this time and offer coaching and support to ensure a successful outcome.

Virtual Collaboration as a Service

Following the initial workshop, we can provide access to the tools on a subscription basis for the duration of the project.
