Learning for Leaders is one of the means by which we share our experiences gained from our extensive facilitation and strategic consulting activities – and part of our commitment to helping individuals and organizations continuously learn and grow. Our workshops deliver real world, experienced based learning for managers, supervisors, and team leaders.

As a consulting team, our knowledge and skills are applied in four general areas:

Organizational Development

Helping leaders, communities, teams and whole systems, plan and manage strategic change or performance improvement through the use and/or adaptation of proven approaches and processes. Applications include all types of community development, corporate-wide planning, feedback, restructuring, employee engagement, quality improvement, organizational learning, cross-functional teamwork, and culture change initiatives.

Facilitation

Helping teams throughout the organization address and resolve specific, time-sensitive issues. We provide processes and group dynamics skills that allow task-oriented teams to make the best use of their resources to explore challenges, solve problems, make decisions and plan action. Applications include visioning, executive retreats, teambuilding, project team start-up and correction, process improvement, conflict management, and many others.

Learning

Helping organizations develop and implement learning strategies to support the achievement of corporate goals. We provide and/or develop processes and programs to facilitate learning at the individual, team, and system levels using approaches such as Executive Development, Action Learning, Individual Coaching, Communities of Practice, Large-group Learning, as well as in-house and public workshops. Our content areas include leadership, team effectiveness, organizational learning, communication, performance management, change and transition, intellectual capital, public consultation, facilitation, project management, customer service, and negotiation.

Coaching

Helping individual leaders identify, understand and address their personal performance challenges through facilitated reflection, analysis, action planning, application, and feedback.
