Executive Coaching

The goal of our Coaching offering is to support the development, growth, and success of individuals and teams. Coaching is an excellent way to attain a certain work behavior that will improve leadership, employee accountability, teamwork, communication, goal setting, strategic planning and more. It can be provided in a number of ways, including one-on-one, group coaching sessions and large scale seminars.  Each of our coaches follows a similar approach that includes the following:

• Phase 1: Initial Meeting
• Phase 2: Assessment and Coaching Program
• Phase 3: Cycles of Development and Support
• Phase 4: Reflection and Evaluation
