Susan Dinan has seven years experience in developing, designing and delivering innovative training and organization change processes to help achieve successful outcomes for her clients. Susan specializes in experienced-based learning that focuses on linking learning to practical, real-life experiences. When facilitating, she engages participants through well-developed processes that yield high quality decisions to which they feel strong ownership. She helps organizations become more effective and efficient in managing organizational transformation.
She has developed, designed and delivered innovative training and organizational change processes to help clients create a roadmap to where they want and need to go to succeed. Susan is particularly interested in the areas of recruitment and retention.
She has experience in providing facilitation, training and coaching to diverse organizations such as the Government of Canada Real Property Solutions, Public Works Government Services Canada, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Lockheed Martin, Mohawk Council of Kahnawake, Environment Canada, Kerr Financial Corp., Concordia University, the City of Brandon, and CNPC Management Training Institute in China. Susan is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and has worked with such participative strategic planning methodologies as Appreciative Inquiry, Open Systems Theory, and Preferred Futuring.
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Human Sciences and Psychology and a Masters in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University where she teaches Leadership in Small Groups, and Working in Task Groups at the undergraduate level, in the Department of Applied Human Sciences.
