Raymonde D’Amour is a bilingual senior consultant and International Association of Facilitators (IAF) - Certified Professional Facilitator (CFP). Her vibrant personality, creativity and ability to engage participants to build rapport helps clients harness the energy and knowledge of the group to achieve their goals.

Raymonde is focused on helping participants overcome challenges and address complex issues. Clients consistently remark on her ability to make facilitation sessions run smoothly while achieving successful outcomes. She has worked with groups within the private and public sector as well as with Non-Government Organizations (NGOs). Her ability to provide effective process design for multi-stakeholder consultations, management team conferences or any group intervention has served her clients well over the past ten years.

Raymonde’s career spans facilitation, training, process improvement and emotional intelligence assessment. She began her consulting career running a successful consulting practice where she developed significant experience in training groups by focusing on personal and organizational learning. This experience has complemented her abilities to assess individuals’ and groups’ emotional intelligence. Her solid reputation as a trainer led to engagements with both private and public organizations. Prior to becoming a consultant, Raymonde was a federal public service employee and a high school teacher. She received her Honours Bachelor in Physical Education and her Masters Degree in Physical Education Administration from the University of Ottawa.
