Mélanie Poulin-Delisle

Mélanie is a bilingual consultant with a background in conflict studies and policy management. She is a member of the Collaborative Transformation™ team and is currently training extensively as a co-lead. Mélanie is passionate about analyzing complex group dynamics to strengthen collaboration between stakeholders. Her natural abilities in strategic and analytical thinking help bring focus and clarity to client engagements. Her public speaking experience and community leadership initiatives contribute to excellent oral and written communication skills.

Prior to joining Intersol, Mélanie held various roles in both the private and public spheres. She has experience in public affairs, public consultation, project management, report-writing and group facilitation.  Mélanie gained her valuable project management skills from a wide range of international experiences varying from restoration of heritage sites in eastern Germany to performing academic research in India. She has lived across Canada before settling in Ottawa.
