She joined Intersol in 2006 and has extensive experience in the areas of personal development training, organizational and leadership development, cooperative change management, strategic planning and building visionary organizations. Her passion is in inspiring individuals to own something larger than their direct responsibilities.

As a believer in life long learning and development, she brings over 25 years of human resource, organizational development, facilitated training and coaching experience to her clients and employers. Her passion is in supporting people and organizations in working together through a culture of effective communication, high trust, clarity, collaboration, respect and mutual understanding.
