Kirsten Brouse specializes in strategic consulting and change management initiatives. She strives to develop and apply methodologies that allow people to collaborate effectively in complex environments. She believes this is what is most needed to enable positive change.

 

Kirsten’s breadth of international experience contributes to her work with the catalysis3 team and expands the perspective she brings to projects. She leads various sub-components of large complex projects and brings a diversity of analytical skills to any strategic or change management project. Having worked in private sector, government and the NGO world, Kirsten has the finesse to enable broad communication among multiple and diverse stakeholders.

 

Kirsten is experienced in managing projects involving a diversity of national and provincial stakeholders. Kirsten is a strong member of the catalysis3 team delivering sound change management, project implementation and user-adoption outcomes. She has been extensively trained in and is highly proficient in using the Collaborative Transformation™ methodology that is at the heart of the catalysis3 approach to collaborative solutions.

 

As an active member of her community Kirsten is currently involved in various grassroots change initiatives in Ottawa, Canada. She received her undergraduate degree in international development and economics from the University of Ottawa and is completing a master’s degree (part-time) in international development, focusing on complexity models and how they apply in the development context.

 

Kirsten continues to develop her collaboration and business analysis toolkit, participating in the research and development of new methods to achieve meaningful results for her clients through whole-system participation and engagement.
