Frank brings to Intersol and its clients over 20 years of successful cross-industry experience, primarily in performance consulting and learning leadership roles.

 

Frank is passionate about human performance and learning in organizations. His performance consulting capabilities are built on professional development and vast experience consulting in the pharmaceutical, medical and technology sectors. As a learning expert, Frank holds certifications for Development Dimension International’s (DDI) learning systems and the Center for Management and Organizational Effectiveness (CMOE) 8-Step Coaching Process. Frank’s new ‘Coaching for Performance’ workshop inspires an engaging approach to building leaders’ coaching capacity and an organizational coaching culture.

 

Frank has crafted change management strategies and injected innovation into project team processes and technology applications to deliver transformative value. At Pfizer Canada he led a cross functional team in designing, developing and deploying the organization’s inaugural online competency assessment and professional development planning system. Frank is a valuable resource to Intersol clients who have a critical need and desire to innovate and change while enhancing employee engagement and organizational performance. His goal is simple – to partner with clients to build, implement and sustain powerful learning and performance solutions.

 

Frank grew up in St. John’s and graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland’s Bachelor of Commerce program. On his journey to Intersol’s Ottawa offices, he has lived and worked in four Canadian provinces and in Ireland and has worked in learning and leadership development roles of a national and international scope.
