Christopher is a New Brunswick born Acadian with over 30 years experience in strategic planning, collaborative solutions, complex problem solving, facilitation and international marketing. He has spearheaded mission critical operations and functioned at all levels of management in both the public and private sectors.  He is certified as a Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators. 

Christopher has led large multi-discipline teams and been recognized for achieving success despite tough challenges. He has worked in both official languages in a variety of sectors including Health, Finance, Senior Government offices, Information Technology, Higher Education, Research, Hydro & Telecom Utilities, Transportation, Defense and Aerospace.

At times called upon to act as an executive mentor/coach, he is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and is accredited in the Japanese performance coaching techniques of Morita and Naikan as well as several other cognitive techniques that promote personal mastery and organizational excellence. In 1990 he was recognized for outstanding leadership and service to Canada and inducted as an Officer of the Order of Military Merit by the Governor General. He completed post-graduated studies in strategic planning and geo-political studies at L’Université de la Défence, Paris, France graduating at the top of his class. He is the founder of Collaborative Transformation, a collaborative business process that resolves complex business challenges with a people-based approach that encourages excellence through team work and adaptive leadership. He continues his ground breaking work in collaboration design as a senior member of the Intersol Group in Ottawa, Canada.
