Carlo Aiello

Carlo Aiello is a respected, principled business leader who passionately engages the Intersol team to help our clients succeed. His passion is to engage and collaborate with others to create the unexpected and achieve more than what was possible as individuals.

He focuses his energy to help clients leverage the knowledge, experience and expertise of their people through market leading people engagement methodologies. Carlo enjoys working with Intersol’s team of industry experienced consultants to drive performance and results beyond client expectations. He encourages the development of strong trusted relationships and making a positive difference, while having fun along the way.

Carlo developed his extensive capabilities through various roles in the consulting and technology industries over the past 20 years. He began his career with Deloitte (Ottawa) where he delivered projects to a variety of clients. He was Vice President, Business Development at Conceptwave Software in Toronto and has held a number of positions at Nortel Networks. At CGI he was a key member of the leadership team responsible for launching Innovapost, a joint venture company with Canada Post and Accenture. He also led a number of key strategic client projects, including several in the health care industry.

Carlo, who has an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, is also a Chartered Accountant.
