Bryn Ferris

Consultant and Facilitator

Bryn is a bilingual collaboration enthusiast hailing from New Brunswick. He is a member of the CT Labs team, where he currently trains extensively as a coLead, and is passionate about helping organisations and systems operate more effectively and efficiently.
 
Bryn provides strategic business transformation and analysis services in areas such as process and organizational analysis, stakeholder engagement and user adoption, social media, and whole-systems facilitation. Blending expertise in Microsoft Excel and visual design principles, he has a specialty in executive dashboard design and creation – his one-page comprehensive diagnostic reporting system has been adopted by the Treasury Board Secretariat to inventory the Government of Canada’s top-25 priority programs.

In the past two years Bryn has facilitated or co-facilitated over three dozen management and executive single and multi-day sessions that have drawn together large stakeholder groups for meaningful dialogues, enabling them to reach consensus and develop achievable action plans to move forward on large change initiatives.
