Anne-Marie Parent

Consultant and business analyst specializing in Change Management and Strategic Planning

Anne-Marie specializes in strategic and change management consulting, business analysis and communications. She is passionate about designing methodologies for engaging diverse groups to co-create innovative solutions to solve complex challenges. Her analytical skills, and her ability to synthesize information and present it in a clear and concise manner, benefit clients by simplifying what may have otherwise seemed complex. She is skilled at using graphic images to simplify large amounts of information. She believes that clarity, passion, and attention to details are essentials assets to leading change.

Over the past 10 years, Anne-Marie has worked on several small and large initiatives with public, private, NGO and not-for-profit organizations related to health, IT, shared services, youth, community engagement, and the environment. Her most recent engagements include leading the change management team for a provincial shared services implementation that required transitioning 300 employees to a new shared services organization.

Anne-Marie has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with a specialization in management information system from the University of Ottawa. She has trained extensively in Collaborative Transformation® and is a certified collaboration lead on the team. Anne-Marie has a thirst for learning and particularly in systems thinking, and other complexity based concepts. She enjoys sharing this knowledge to help build greater capacity for her clients.

Prior to joining Intersol , Anne-Marie worked for Cactus Commerce as a business analyst where she supported the development team by engaging with clients to identify and document their business and system requirements.
