Intersol guided a comprehensive strategic and operational planning initiative for the CIO sector, designing and facilitating an executive team session to review existing strategic directions, identify areas of key focus and prepare a short-term action plan.

A new strategic plan guided the department through the transition from a fractured, decentralized IM/IT environment to one in which departmental business priorities drive IM/IT investment. As a result, the department was able to meet its expenditure reduction and efficiency targets.
