Industry Canada recognized the need to establish a clear focus and direction for its newly launched Science and Innovation Sector. The sector is responsible for Canada’s innovation policy—everything from market frameworks to public funding of R&D, science and technology leadership, and commercialization.
Shaping the solution: Setting direction
Intersol supported development of the sector’s strategic plan, providing consulting and facilitation services to set direction for all four branches—Marketplace Frameworks Policy, Intergovernmental Affairs, Innovation and Policy and Small Business Policy—and for the sector as a whole.
