The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) provides data and reports that inform health policies, support the effective delivery of health services, and raise awareness of health issues. While meetings and external stakeholder consultations are key to this work, CIHI found they were not always optimally efficient or effective.
Shaping the solution: Building capacity
Intersol designed and continues to deliver regular in-house facilitation workshops for CIHI staff, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to plan, facilitate and run effective meetings and consultations. Many CIHI employees have further enhanced their skills by attending our public Group Facilitation courses.
